A Warranty That Works For You.

sengWare® proGrade&trade products are covered by a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers cracking, crazing (small cracks on the surface) and fading from normal household, non-commercial use only.

Our warranty does not extend to damage caused by the following:

• Running product under cold water while it is still hot.
• Use on any gas or electric stove top.
• Broiling at temperatures above 550°F.
• Breakage, chips or cracks due to impact.

How to take advantage of the sengWare warranty:

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item.
• Pack your returns appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Damage during transit will be the responsibility of your freight carrier, including all claims and refunds.
• Include the receipt or invoice indicating the proof and date of purchase. Fill out and include the reconciliation form.
• Photos of defective items may also be emailed to info@sengware.com instead of shipping items back to the sengWare warehouse.
• Customers will be contacted within 7-14 days of receipt of return for payment of shipping charges associated with the exchanged item(s).
