Our "Just in Case" Policy.

We pride ourselves on our very satisfied customers. But just in case you do need to return a purchase made on sengware.com, please read the following guidelines first:

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for an identical item.
Only the person who made the original purchase will receive a refund.
Pack your returns appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Damage during transit will be the responsibility of your freight carrier, including all claims and refunds.
Include the receipt or invoice indicating the proof and date of purchase. Fill out and include the reconciliation form.
Refunds and exchanges will be made within 7-14 days of receipt of return.
