Our "Just in Case" Policy.

We pride ourselves on our very satisfied customers. But just in case you do need to return a purchase made on sengware.com, please read the following guidelines first:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for an identical item.
  • Only the person who made the original purchase will receive a refund.
  • Pack your returns appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Damage during transit will be the responsibility of your freight carrier, including all claims and refunds.
  • Include the receipt or invoice indicating the proof and date of purchase. Fill out and include the reconciliation form.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be made within 7-14 days of receipt of return.
